Product registration
Our website allows you to register your product. In this case, we always ask for the name and contact details of a customer contact person.

If you would like to be kept informed about our activities and products, you can subscribe to our newsletter. For this purpose, we ask for your email address. Marketing
Colex uses Mailchimp marketing automation. This involves creating a profile of the website visitor if he or she shares his or her personal data via the contact form or the newsletter registration link on our website. In this case, a distinction is always made between anonymous visitors and identified visitors. Your data will only be stored as such if you have indicated that you wish to continue as an identified visitor. When you fill in our contact form, we ask for your name, first name, organization, email address as well as the products you are interested in.

When you visit our website as an identified visitor, we keep track of the pages you visit and the products you are interested in. This allows us to get an idea of your area of interest and to send you personalized newsletters that match your interests.

We may post customer reviews and testimonials on our website. However, we always ask for separate permission before this information is shared on our website.

Customer management
If you act as a customer contact person, we will keep your contact details on file so that we can contact you directly. This includes your name, telephone number and email address.

Applicants
When you apply to Colex, we process your personal data during the recruitment process. Such processing is based on our legitimate interest to carefully select a suitable candidate.
